After a prospects response from his/her original mailing address, hubsell changes the status automatically. In case the prospect responds from a different mailing address or you want to change the status for another reason, please follow this guide:
go to contacts
choose the prospect/s whose status you want to change by clicking the checkbox on the left
select change status from the menu on the right side.
In the menu you can choose an according status.
