After a prospects response from his/her original mailing address, hubsell changes the status automatically. In case the prospect responds from a different mailing address or you want to change the status for another reason, please follow this guide:

  • go to contacts
  • choose the prospect/s whose status you want to change by clicking the checkbox on the left
  • select change status from the menu on the right side.

In the menu you can choose an according status.
