When you start working with hubsell, you're not obliged, yet recommended, to reaching out via the hubsell mailing tool. If you for example call your prospect and want to record the progress you need to change the status of your prospect as follows:

- go to Data

- choose the prospect/s whose status you want to change by clicking the checkbox on the left

- click on "Mark as" the menu above

In the dropdown menu you can choose an according status.
