hubsell gives you the opportunity to "force add" prospects to a campaign, even if they already replied in another one. This might create the assumption that these prospects will receive a mail in the following sending. However, this is not the case. 

Replied is a status that prevents emails to be sent to prospect, along with bounce and unsubscribe. Further sendings might become detrimental for your domain rating or get you in legal trouble after the consent withdrawal of an unsubscribe.
