Tags is a label that you can give your prospects in the contacts page, which will help you filter your database. Here is how can you create a tag and use it.
How to create a tag?
In order to create a tag please follow these instructions:
go to contacts
select the prospects by clicking the checkbox on the left
click add tags to contacts from the panel on the right
create a tag in the search bar
click on the plus icon
How to use a tag?
Once you have created a tag, here is how you can use them:
go to contacts > tags
select the tag > apply filters
After filtering the contacts with the help of tags, you can use the regarding prospects in your campaigns.
